Twitter Brand

I could have been more effective with to get a brand to engage me on Twitter is to look on their profile at others that they have engaged and see what stuck out. Usually posts with an image stand out and cause the brand to be more likely to engage the tweet. Another way to get them to engage with your tweet is to make your tweet a reply to one of their own tweets. This could have caused my tweets to be seen not only by the brand but by others who view the brand's tweet because tweets are structured in a "tweet--replies" structure and if more people see your tweet the more likely they are to "Like" it or "Retweet" it causing your tweet to go right back to the top of the brand's notification feed. Maybe i would have been more likely to be seen by the brand the more likely i was to get a response from the brand. One of the brands I followed was Nike and I noticed many others from our class had also followed Nike, so I looked at our classes tweets at Nike and also studied other tweets that Nike had interacted with and tried to craft my tweet to Nike to be a mixture of the two. I did not recieve a response from Nike. Neither did i get one from any one else.
